TEFA Students by District: Dallas ISD Tops 3,300

The Comptroller’s Oct. 1 count shows 3,312 TEFA students living in Dallas ISD, second only to Houston ISD, with Plano, Richardson, Northwest and Frisco up about 50% since July. Here are the North Texas district numbers and what they do and do not measure.
